We act as a credit broker, not as a lender, and introduce customers to a limited number of lenders and vehicle funders. We may also act as an agent of insurers for insurance distribution activities only.
We are not independent financial advisers. We act on the customer’s behalf in arranging introductions to funders and other relevant providers.

Planet Leasing Limited is a credit broker, not a lender.
We may receive commission, a fee or other financial remuneration from a funder when an agreement introduced by us proceeds. The amount and basis of this remuneration may vary by funder, vehicle and agreement, and in some cases no commission may be payable.
Where commission is payable, it is included in the funder’s pricing calculation and contributes to the initial and/or monthly rental shown in your quotation and order.
Planet Leasing Limited does not set or negotiate the interest rate payable under an agreement.
You may ask us for the amount, or likely amount, of commission payable to Planet Leasing Limited in relation to your proposed agreement. If requested, we will provide this information in writing before you enter into a regulated credit agreement or regulated consumer-hire agreement.

We may charge a fee for the services that we provide. Any applicable fee will be shown clearly in your quotation and/or Order Form before you place an order.
Planet Leasing Limited charges a standard, non-refundable administration fee of £300.00 including VAT for our broking and order-administration services.
This fee may be amended only where this has been agreed with you in advance. The applicable fee is shown in the “Other Charges” section of your Order Form.
The administration fee may cover services including vehicle sourcing, order processing, financial administration, delivery coordination, after-sales support and customer care services.
We will request payment by issuing a formal invoice by email after you have signed your Order Form. We may also provide a direct link to the invoice and may notify you by SMS, email or telephone.
Payment may be made by BACS transfer or card payment.
Where you are a consumer and have a statutory right to cancel, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise this right, you must notify Planet Leasing Limited clearly in writing before the end of the relevant cancellation period, using the contact details shown on our website.
If you ask us to begin providing services during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services supplied up to the point of cancellation. Where the service has been fully performed with your express agreement, your cancellation right may be lost.
Business customers do not normally have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Once a Business Order Form has been signed by you and accepted by Planet Leasing Limited, it may only be cancelled with our written agreement and on agreed terms.
Cancellation charges outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights will be set out in the signed Order Form and/or relevant terms and conditions.
Planet Leasing Limited may charge a cancellation fee of £1,400 including VAT, together with retention of any applicable administration fee, where cancellation takes place after the applicable cancellation period has ended, where no statutory or contractual cancellation right applies, or after an order has been accepted.
Where applicable, you may also be responsible for reasonable losses, costs, charges and expenses incurred as a result of cancellation. This may include supplier charges, manufacturer charges, vehicle sourcing costs, administration costs, storage costs, labour and any other costs directly arising from the order or its cancellation.
Where a vehicle has been specifically sourced or secured for you, additional charges may apply. These charges will be explained to you where applicable and will not exceed 10% of the vehicle cost, plus any relevant storage charges.
